This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar's NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.
WHAT WE DO
The Experience Integrity team creates and improves policies, tools and technologies to protect our players from malicious actors and foster safe and enjoyable gameplay in all Rockstar titles including Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption.
We work closely with our Trust & Safety team as well as teams focused on the security of our games and regularly coordinate with our Game Client, Database Operations and Customer Experience teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the team to drive the development of high-quality features and improvements using software development tools & methodologies.
Be a core part of improving collaborative processes across Product, Production, and Engineering teams that promote honest, transparent, and frequent communication.
Ensure technical and product requirements are understood across departments, that feasibility is established, and alignment maintained through delivery.
Organize team backlogs and ensure all tickets are properly structured (descriptions, summaries, project organization).
Maintain project schedules and monitor progress against those schedules.
Coordinate project timing across multiple Rockstar development and operation teams.
Act as a Scrum Master for teams coaching them on Agile frameworks to produce quality product deliveries and continuous improvement.
Ensure that meetings are properly documented and actioned.
Communicate and chase down blocking issues, maintain development schedules, tracking of assets, and progress.
Help manage the flow of communication and information between team members and stakeholders.
Provide status updates on projects and track progress with complete understanding of requirements and expectations while maintaining project milestones.
Generate reports on project progress and provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders and increase team efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
Project management or production experience.
Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of equivalent work experience in computer science, project management or related fields.
SKILLS
Excellent organizational & prioritization skills, attention to detail, process knowledge and ability to multi-task.
Exceptional, clear, and effective communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong understanding of software development, project management, sprint methodology processes and best practices.
Strong time management skills with the ability to focus and prioritize and help others prioritize.
Strong proficiency in Excel.
Ability to breakdown technical design documents into ordered tasks.
Ability to define and maintain feature development plans and schedules.
Ability to be a collaborative team-player who can work with many different personalities.
Adept at hosting meetings in person and remote settings.
An autonomous and flexible mindset, able to adapt to changing criteria with ease.
Motivated self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A willingness to be involved in all aspects of the development process.
An eagerness to learn new workflows and software tools.
PLUSES

Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or CSPO.
Proficient with Perforce, Confluence/SharePoint/wikis, Tableau, Figma or project/task tracking applications.
Experience scripting in Excel.
Experience with database queries.
Experience working in games, entertainment, tech, or similar creative industry.
An interest in Rockstar Games, video games, and their development.

The pay range for this position in New York State (inclusive of New York City) at the start of employment is expected to be between the range below* per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

$60,000 - $72,500 USD
