We are looking for someone to independently manage brand partnerships and influencer activations within the Social Team. The role includes working with multiple teams such as creative, brand partnerships, influencer, growth and business development teams to create content that showcases the breadth of content on our platform.

This full time position is based in San Mateo, CA (hybrid structure with 3 days onsite per week) and will report to the Director of Marketing, Global Social

You will:

  • Own the development and execution of partnerships activations, to create content with some of the most iconic brand and artists to co-market Roblox

  • Own the development and execution of influencer content that fuels word-of-mouth and deepens brand love

  • Manage the execution of work through internal & external creative teams and agencies

  • Collaborate closely with cross functional partners to bring these partnerships to life

  • Support measurement framework development and learning agendas

You have:

  • 5+ years of experience creating, executing, and managing brand social content

  • A deep understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube)

  • Experience working on organic and paid social content strategies

  • Experience bringing to life partnerships with artists & brands

  • Experience working with different levels of influencers (from micro to celebrities)

  • Experience working with creative teams and agency partners

  • A deep understanding of internet culture and trends

  • A demonstrated eye for craft and execution excellence

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

Annual Salary Range

$170,290—$225,280 USD

Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
