As a Partner Program Manager, you will drive partner strategy and support education to achieve business growth for Roblox and digital transformation for identified agency partners and their clients. Success will not be determined by number of agency partners or revenue alone, but in your ability to understand, advocate for and protect Roblox's unique value proposition to brands. You should have a solid understanding of, and proven experience working with, all sizes of creative, strategy, metaverse and media agencies. Candidates for this position are natural leaders, self-assured team players who are strategic and creative thinkers. This is a partner facing role that requires industry expertise and ability for leading creatively developed partnerships.

This role is full-time and located at our headquarters in San Mateo, California.

You will:

  • Function as in-house agency expert on agency process, nuance and subject matter expert across key partners and agency industry writ large

  • Work closely with Roblox Partner Development to develop and support the roll out of custom curriculums centered around agency education

  • Lead collaborative partner planning process to ensure buy in on shared partner and program objectives

  • Embed with partnerships team verticals as immersive media expert by supporting agency RFPs, revenue growth and adoption of immersive media

  • Collaborate with agencies in comprehending brand and market challenges while driving innovation and growth on Roblox

  • Work with AdOps, Product and Developer Relations on predicting inventory constraints in consideration of agency partners' needs

  • Consult and help lead the education of immersive ads to partners and agencies on product solutions and best practices

  • Understand Roblox operations and lead how agencies will support the extension of our story, partnership support and education work to date

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

  • 5+ years (ideally 8+ years) of relevant experience driving global agency relationships at a platform or publisher

  • Experience working with cross functional and leadership teams both internally and externally

  • Fluency in how brands and agencies market and measure success

  • The ability to develop and present educational programs and / or workshops in a variety of formats

  • The ability to balance Roblox needs and an agency needs, and are solution oriented in challenging situations

  • Knowledge of self-serve platforms, auction dynamics, and biddable forms of ad buying

You are:

  • Comfortable working across many teams with the ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Knowledgeable about the Roblox platform, games, experiences, community-driven content generation, and social networks

  • A great communicator and presenter

  • Persistent, collaborative, and open to tackling challenges in new, unproven ways

  • Proficient in storytelling and able to translate industry insights and product

  • Able to identify partners who will bring the most strategic value to the company, not just the most revenue

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

$216,390—$263,000 USD
