As a social media specialist in the Wild Rift Esports (WRE) publishing team, you will report to the Senior Manager, Esports Publishing. You will help to form the global social strategy across regions, as well as in the front line to deliver day-to-day content, and create memorable moments for fans and players. You will be in collaboration with global Riot teams and external partners to drive the growth of WRE community.

Responsibilities

• Participate to form the global strategy of WRE social channels, content and community operation

• Manage global social media platforms and official website for WRE, including content operation, activity management and player engagement

• Manage external partners/vendors to guarantee daily operations

• Maintain regular communication and collaboration rituals to keep key stakeholders informed and ensure effective partnerships among teams

• Generate reports to monitor performance and provide recommendations for iterations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social marketing and community operations (full-time or part-time)

• Familiar with Wild Rift games and esports, having a passion in gaming/esports

• Fluent in English writing and speaking, and can write in a native speaker manner

• Basic graphic editing skills (photoshop and etc.)

• Organized, detailed oriented, with can-do attitude and strong problem solving skills under pressure

• Partnership mindset with effective cross-team communication skills

Desired Qualifications

• Experience / understanding of CN and APAC game and esports markets and basic understanding of local culture

• Experience in influencer management

• Basic video editing skills
