The purpose of this role is to establish a foundation of both long- and short-term partnerships for the Respawn brand of products. This person will build a measurable format for each partnership entered, manage the communication between the companies, and make sure all expectations are being met throughout. This role will also be responsible for developing a plan, budget, and structure for what partnerships we should consider during the year.
- Evaluation of incoming partnership requests using a developed tool to determine best ROI
- Tracking of metrics and benchmarking of partnerships throughout with regular communication to leadership on status
- Proactively reach out to potential partners to determine desire for future opportunities
- Oversight of sponsorship budget on monthly basis
- Review and plan trade show opportunities with team
- Attend events on Respawn’s behalf to assist in assembly, selling, and networking to bring the brand deeper into the esports industry
- Regular communication and updates with PR team on current status and future opportunity
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years in the Esports Industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Products
