We are excited to find an experienced IT Service Delivery Coordinator who can support our amazing Respawn game development Build and Release teams. Reporting to the Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure Services, you will deliver and manage services collaboratively to ensure our game development processes run smoothly. We believe this opportunity would suit a person with a great understanding of IT service management, process improvement, and the game development lifecycle.


  • Manage the delivery of IT services to the game development build and release team

  • You will Develop service delivery processes.

  • Coordinate with the game development team to understand their IT requirements and ensure they are met.

  • You will manage relationships with team members, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Manage and resolve any IT service issues, escalations, or conflicts.


Technical skills

  • Deep understanding of Active Directory

  • Expert knowledge in high-performance Windows on Vsphere

  • Experience with Perforce, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, Active Directory, Google Workspace

  • Experience with IT infrastructures and systems management

  • Familiarity SysInternals, CI Systems, HashiCorp tools, Grafana/Telegraf

Soft skills

  • A focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to handle customer queries and complaints

  • Participate in IT strategic planning and budgeting activities

  • A focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to handle customer questions and concerns.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Other qualifications

  • 3+ years experience as an IT Service Delivery Coordinator or similar role.

  • Experience with software development and project management methodologies.


The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.


  • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): ยบ $113,300 - $171,700 USD Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
