The Brawl Stars Game Admin role for Repeat (a Sony Interactive Subsidiary) will be responsible for tournament integrity and community activations. We are on track to building the largest competitive gaming platform in the world with our PlayStation partner and game publisher relations. Repeat is constantly expanding our community, tournament and game title offerings, which require new Game Admins to manage our titles.
Role Overview:
This role starts at 15 hours a week.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Game Admin for Brawl Stars to join our team and oversee the integrity of our tournaments alongside development and growth of our Mobile community. You will have played Brawl Stars at a high level alongside other popular mobile titles and will to report to us the competitive environment and status of the game title you manage.
You will ensure there is a high level integrity and fair play in our tournaments, and successfully engage with our Mobile community through our Discord.
The role will include the opportunity to expand in to more Mobile titles as they launch on our platform, as well as other roles inside the company and full time employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Engaging users in our discord, listening to feedback, providing updates and stimulating discussion around your title.
Ensuring player integrity is upheld within our tournaments.
Reporting on game title updates, patches, activations and competitive formats.
Monitoring player sentiment and identify areas for improvement of the user experience.
Handling support tickets related to your title in line with KPIs set by your manager.
Playtesting new features, tournaments and activiations for future releases on the platform.
Providing strategy and proposals for changes to new and existing tournaments.
Completing tasks assigned to you by the Games Manager.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAβs):
A deep understanding of the mobile esports industry and familiarity with popular mobile esports titles, teams, and influencers.
Achieved a high rank in-game and on third party esport tournaments across multiple mobile titles, including Brawl Stars.
Previous experience working with an esports platform or company.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
Previous experience working with the Google Suite, Atlassian Suite, Microsoft Suite, Monday, Discord, Slack, and Zendesk.
