Job Responsibilities :

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and result-driven Senior Business Development Specialist to build upon our existing relationships, develop new channels of business and grow our client base and revenue within the payment gateway industry.
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Lead and drive business development activities and expanding our presences.

    •  Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and support strategy development by uncovering potential business opportunities.

    • Actively hunt and develop new business partners and clients.

    • Identify, establish and maintain partnership with key clients, industry leaders and key partners (Region Payment Method).

    • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

    • Collaborate closely with marketing and merchant business development teams to improve sales materials and pitch new innovations.

    • Pitch marketing promotion ideas with new and existing partners and deliver win-win partnership campaigns mapped to business objectives.

    • Participate in product roadmap discussions and provide inputs to operations, product and technology team.

    • Support on management reporting and data analytics to build business forecast and track performance.

    • Accountable for merchant business development and growth operations in the region, drive transactions and user penetration through merchant acquisition, marketing campaigns and daily operation, leveraging our platforms’ capabilities and resources. Drive demonstration of merchant, partner, user value through deep understanding of our platforms.

    • Coordinate with the Legal and Compliance team throughout the commercial negotiation process, as necessary, to ensure compliance with applicable of government regulations.

    •  Update relevant compliance requirements for the payment business industry as and when applicable

Pre-Requisites :

Requirements

  • Preferably holds a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce/digital goods industry and particularly familiar with mobile gaming and gift card/codes business.
  • Prior experiences in B2B business development or managing key partners/clients.
  • Preferably with experience in managing senior stakeholders and exposure in regional/global markets.
  • Working Experience in the payment or banking industry.
  • Good understanding in payment service provider business or in online game or mobile game business.
  • Basic knowledge of payment method’s accounts.
  • Basic knowledge of legal compliance and regulatory of payment industry.
  • A strong leader with good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Pc literate in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Alert, aggressive and strong sense of commitment.
  • High sense of responsibility.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
