Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage content within Razer Growth software. The primary focus will be Cortex Mobile and Cortex PC to drive business KPIs. Engagement is a key priority for this role.
Upload and maintain content (games, ‘game clips’-related and art assets/wallpapers) to ensure a great user experience with growth software products.
Partner with Razer social teams and marketing teams to create campaigns around the content and engagement mechanisms (like Play to Earn, Leaderboard, Contests, etc).
Partner with Razer business development to manage the flow of content (games and art assets) from developers/artists. This includes creating and managing a schedule of featured content in close collaboration with business development.
Use analytics to drive content planning decisions.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to drive the larger business.
Create ad-hoc reporting for strategic content partners (Tencent, Disney, etc) to provide post-campaign progress reports on their content.
Assist Razer business development with operational inquiries from game partners. (How to submit content, schedules, content approvals, etc.)
Assist with competitive analysis of related industry products.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in content and campaign operations, content live-ops, or a related operational support role for a software platform (gaming industry experience is a plus)
AI-Driven Content Orchestration: Advanced proficiency in leveraging Generative AI (LLMs, image/video tools) and prompt engineering to automate workflows, scale production, and maintain brand-consistent quality through a rigorous "human-in-the-loop" review process.
Knowledge of app stores and/or game portals
Passion for games (both PC and mobile games)
Ability to manage schedules and plan campaigns self-sufficiently
Familiarity with Google Play
Demonstrate the ability to make sound decision based on both data analysis and judgement.
Ability to manage collaboration and communication with other teams, both internal and external.
Ability to independently multi-task, prioritize and work with varying groups effectively sometimes under very tight deadlines.
Ability to gather customer/community feedback and make actionable recommendations.
Proficient in communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
