Job Responsibilities/ ε·₯作职责 :

I am seeking a Shenzhen dynamic Business Development Managers to drive Razer Gold merchant acquisition and revenue growth in southern China especially in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Fuzhou and Xiamen city. The role focuses on signing new merchants (primarily game publishers) while managing and optimizing the performance of key accounts.
  • Business Development: Prospect, negotiate, and onboard new merchants (with a focus on gaming industry partners) in target regions.
  • Account Management: Grow revenue from strategic merchant through tailored solutions and partnership enhancement.
  • Market Expansion: Develop localized strategies to expand our payment solutions’ market share in southern China.
  • Internal Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align merchant needs with company offerings.
  • Performance Tracking: Achieve quarterly OKRs tied to merchant acquisition, revenue growth, and merchant satisfaction.
