About the Team: The Marketing Services team is newly formed, setting out to make marketing easier to unlock the potential of our SIE teams, publishing partners, and their games. PlayStation is looking to transform the way it provides marketing support and training for its publishing partners. This role will own and develop the content strategy vision and voice for our next-generation marketing enablement application’s knowledge center, capable of supporting PlayStation’s ambitions of being “The Best Place to Publish” at scale.
Things You’ll Get to Work On…
Bringing the PS voice and heart to SIE’s marketing content and resources for our publishing partners, enabling them to more effectively self-serve
Focusing content on our 3rd party partner’s experience and their success by creating marketing content and accelerators to enable them to successfully self-serve bringing their game to market
Partner with cross-functional leaders and publishers to eliminate marketing barriers by creating a more positive experience through documentation and resources
Elevate product roadmap considerations for knowledge center to influence application evolution
Managing lifecycle management practices to ensure content displays latest information and segmented to audience
Driving analytics of knowledge center to optimize content and user engagement

7+ years of relevant experience in audience-first content strategy, information architecture for a support portal or customer knowledge base, customer experience or technical writing
Feel fulfilled by delivering a world-class service experience with a focus on creating better experiences for others
Demonstrate passion for customer experience and the PlayStation brand
Are driven with an entrepreneurship and curious spirit to build, iterate and deliver solutions to challenges

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location. Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this role is eligible for SIE’s top-tier benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, matching 401(k), paid time off, wellness program and coveted employee discounts for Sony products.
