The PlayStation store team is seeking a Content Personalisation Specialist to join the team to focus on creating the best personalised experience for our players on console, web and mobile. This role will centre on developing and executing the personalisation strategy, owning, and providing ways of working, best practice, and on-ground support. This role will also own and support the overall product development associated with delivering a consistent experience across all channels by interpreting data and offering recommendations on how we can improve or add upon the overall personalisation strategy.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver the personalisation strategy by creating personalised campaigns for games content across PlayStation Store.

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to refine and develop personalisation tools whilst maintaining a clear functionality roadmap.

  • Own experimentation plans for personalisation on PlayStation Store, scaling the number of tests across consoles and other platforms.

  • Collaborating with key stakeholders across the business including the Digital Games Sales team to align on content priorities.

  • Create and share clear reporting for personalised campaigns, and regular updates on progress on KPIs.

  • Drive data and insights from campaign performance, influencing future personalisation strategy.

  • Support the Channel Optimisation team to develop the broader content strategy.

What we’re looking for:

  • You are able to leverage technology, data and content to deliver results.

  • Passionate about delivering a customer centric approach with an analytical mindset.

  • You have a strong understanding of customer/user journey and digital experiences

  • Must be extremely customer centric and understand online commerce.

  • Have an understanding of customer personas.

  • The ability to work individually and collaborate within a team environment.

  • Data-led approach and comfortable analysing, interpreting, communicating and presenting findings.

  • Experience of working with experimentation platforms, multi-variant testing and/or AB testing.

  • Proven track record developing influential and collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

  • Process-driven with a good attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to problem resolution.

  • Reporting on the outcome of the optimisation activities to measure the effectiveness of the activity and sharing with stakeholders.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location. Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this role is eligible for SIE’s top-tier benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, matching 401(k), paid time off, wellness program and coveted employee discounts for Sony products. $80,600—$120,800 USD
