We’re seeking a Partnership Account Coordinator to join the Pittsburgh Knights. This position will manage the overall experience and value for Knights corporate partners in their collaboration with the franchise. Reviews and ensures complete contract fulfillment and delivers high-level customer service to an assigned list of Knights corporate partners. Ideal candidates are comfortable working in a team centric, fast paced, and detail-oriented environment. Candidate must be a highly organized individual with the ability to manage multiple high-volume relationships with a creative mindset to build and grow long term business partnerships.

The Pittsburgh Knights are the officially recognized esports team of Pittsburgh. Our mission is to carry on the tradition of Pittsburgh sports by playing with grit, intelligence, integrity, and teamwork; that is just as true for our staff as it is for our players. Since launching in December 2017, we have quickly grown to represent over 30 players in 6 different titles with staff and talent from around the world - and we’re just getting started. In December 2018 we announced our partnership with the Pittsburgh Steelers and our operations are currently being incubated in their facilities. DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage an assigned book of key partners and agency clients, including contract fulfillment and day to day contact
  • Manage several business lines to ensure all corporate partnership elements are accurately fulfilled and all inventory is utilized
  • Contribute to the corporate partnership recap process
  • Track inventory and deliver reports to leadership and sales team
  • Perform research on prospective clients and current clients
  • Management of partnership campaigns including coordination with various departments across content production, talent management, esports, and events.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate partner events including corporate partner displays, hospitality, and event logistics
  • Review and facilitation of key analytics including social media, impressions, engagements, and physical signage
  • Constant research of industry trends to retain best practices including branded content, social media, and new product offerings

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience managing multiple clients in a sports or media environment
  • Previous experience in customer support / client service interactions
  • Superior organizational and administrative skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with all levels, both internal and external
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Self-starter with ability to follow through without supervision
  • Able to prioritize competing requests and manage busy schedules
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, weekends & holidays when necessary
