PineApe is a rapidly expanding broadcast production company focused on developing livestreams for esports and corporate events.

The Broadcast Director is responsible for the Day Of broadcast execution and delivery of the final stream to end platform. The Broadcast Director works directly with the Project Manager and broadcast team to develop a premium livestream for the event client.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the broadcast team to ensure all materials are prepared for the complete Run of Show
• Manage broadcast software and implement the best strategy to build and deliver the broadcast
• Receive all asset intakes including gameplay, audio and video feeds of on air talent, interviewees, and any other video elements of the event
• Create the final video livestream with all assets and feeds

Required Qualifications:

• You have 3+ years experience in live broadcasting
• You have experience working with creative content production and a production team
• You are intimately familiar with the esports landscape
• Flexible work hours as this role will cater to the schedule of the events which are often outside of normal working hours
• Extensive understanding and experience with live broadcast software, tools, and equipment

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in production
• All necessary equipment to produce the live broadcast from your desired Remote location
• Experience working on large-scale live events
• Knowledge of and familiarity with the college and influencer esports ecosystem
• Creative abilities with graphic and video editing software outside of live production
