OG is a leading international esports organization established in Denmark in 2018. OG operates esports teams within the video games Dota 2 and CS:GO with all teams being a part of the absolute elite. OG’s daily management operates primarily from its offices in Denmark; however, OG’s employees work from different locations across the world. The OG group currently consists of three companies; OG Esports A/S, OG CS ApS and OG Esports France SASU. Job Overview:

  • The position is a full-time role with a preferred starting date as soon as possible, and is a partly remote position, with preference for a candidate based in Lisbon, Portugal - as many of the operating activities take place near Lisbon.

  • Focusing on overseeing and managing our partnerships from end-to-end, this role will give you the opportunity to interact with some of the worlds’ top brands, showcase OG as the premier team to work with, and grow your career in esports.

  • You will be reporting directly to the Senior Account Manager of the department.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Partner Accounts as directed by Line Manager.

  • Ensure all partnership rights are delivered with maximum effectiveness.

  • Immerse in the world of the partner and understand their objectives, opportunities, and challenges. Engage partners and work with them to co-create the rich stories that demonstrates the power of the brand association.

  • Deliver high quality briefings and communication to relevant members of the company to facilitate a good workflow and keep partners well informed of status and progress.

  • You'll manage projects for our partners, working closely with other departments, including content series, activations on-site, digital campaigns, etc.

  • Take the lead role in creating and updating reports for internal use and for Partners to monitor the partnership each quarter.

  • Take advantage of all opportunities to feature partners activity, working with all departments of the company.

  • Monitor the marketing activity of our partners and their main competitors.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Relevant educational background (within Business Management, Marketing or Corporate Communication)

  • Demonstrable results from a similar role (preferably from an esports company preferred)

  • Knowledge of the esports industry and its ecosystems

  • Fluency in spoken and written English

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Familiar with digital and influence marketing trends

  • The ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with new and existing partners.

  • Knowledge around project management and be able to coordinate and drive initiatives to succesful outcomes.

  • The ability to understand an international company and work in a cross-cultural environment.

  • Solid pitching, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Able to recognise trends in marketing and the esports industry to identify new opportunities.

  • Good command of MS Office Suite
