NVIDIA is looking for a Senior Manager, Network Software Security to lead development of security features for our NVIDIA switch operating system. This role is based in Yokneam, Israel and is focused primarily on internal product development, with selective customer interaction as needed. The role is centered on execution: leading the development of product security capabilities, working closely with NVIDIA security teams, identifying weaknesses in the product, and driving them to resolution. You will partner across software, architecture, verification, firmware, and product security teams to improve the security posture of the NOS and ensure robust, scalable, and supportable security capabilities across the platform.
What you'll be doing:
Lead the development and delivery of security features for the NVIDIA switch operating system
Manage a team responsible for implementing, integrating, validating, and maintaining NOS security capabilities across the software lifecycle
Work closely with NVIDIA security teams to align product implementation with internal security requirements, standards, and reviews
Identify product security weaknesses, drive root cause analysis, define corrective actions, and lead execution through closure
Partner with NOS, platform, firmware, architecture, and verification teams to build secure solutions and improve product robustness
Drive development across security areas such as authentication, authorization, certificate handling, access control, secure management interfaces, platform hardening, logging, and related protections
Support security issue handling during development and release cycles, including triage, prioritization, risk discussion, and mitigation tracking
Engage with selected customers when needed on technical security topics, issue clarification, and follow-up actions
What we need to see:
BS, MS, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
12+ years of overall relevant experience in software engineering, systems software, networking software, security engineering, or related areas
5+ years of management or technical leadership experience leading development teams and cross-functional execution
Strong technical background in systems software, networking, Linux or embedded software, and product security
Experience developing security features in areas such as AAA, credentials, certificates, secure access, platform hardening, management plane security, or vulnerability remediation
Proven experience identifying technical gaps, driving problem resolution, and delivering complex features across multiple teams
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal security organizations and engineering stakeholders
Experience leading execution in a large-scale product development environment
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience with network operating systems, switch software, or data center networking products
Experience working closely with central product security or information security organizations
Track record of handling customer-sensitive security issues or externally visible product gaps
Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills in complex software systems
