Tasks
Maintaining administrational back-office tasks within the European Localisation Development department
Providing personal assistance to European Localisation Development Management
Supporting staff with monthly time tracking as well as project time tracking
Planning and organisation of meetings, conferences and events
Supporting forecasting of administrative expenses
Handling of internal cost approvals and purchases of office equipment
Requirements
Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship or an adequate working experience
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Very good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with a strong customer service attitude
SAP CATS and/or HCM Portal basic knowledge would be a plus
Well organised with a high attention to details
Proficiency in MS Office
