Tasks

  • Maintaining administrational back-office tasks within the European Localisation Development department

  • Providing personal assistance to European Localisation Development Management

  • Supporting staff with monthly time tracking as well as project time tracking

  • Planning and organisation of meetings, conferences and events

  • Supporting forecasting of administrative expenses

  • Handling of internal cost approvals and purchases of office equipment

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship or an adequate working experience

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills

  • Very good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with a strong customer service attitude

  • SAP CATS and/or HCM Portal basic knowledge would be a plus

  • Well organised with a high attention to details

  • Proficiency in MS Office
