Tasks

• Supporting organization and execution of event and promotion activities

• Supporting design, purchase and production process for e.g. giveaways or event materials

• Supporting administrative work such as reportings, Power Point presentations and invoice control

• Handling smaller event requests

• Preparing consoles and equipment for different events or promotions

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree of marketing, communication, event management or general project management

• High hands-on mentality and ability to work under pressure

• Careful and detailed approach to accomplishing projects

• Good MS Office skills

• Very good German and English language skills

• Affinity to Nintendo videogames

• Teamplayer with strong communication skills
