 Tasks
- Supporting with the implementation of
administrative processes in the Learning Management SystemÂ
- Assisting at onboarding events for new
employees
- Organising training measures, e.g.
appointment scheduling, participant management and communication,
coordination with trainers, co-moderation of appointments
- Quality management of trainings by
collecting feedback via Survalyzer, conducting feedback sessions with
trainers etc.
Creation of KPI's - Supporting with administrative tasks
 Requirements
- Bachelor or Master student in the field of
economics, psychology or communication
- Teamwork-orientation
- Good communication skills and customer
orientation
- Very good written and spoken English and
German language skills
- Self-initiative action and structured
working method
- Experienced in using MS Office
