DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Coordinate and gather product information across different departments with multiple suppliers for product database and part number creation.

  • Oversee new product part number set up through Agile; current product part number maintenance as required.

  • Populate and maintain product database.

  • Shepherd product through key milestones of product life cycle; working cross functionally to keep product on track, troubleshooting bottlenecks,

  • collaborating with teams to find solutions, etc.

  • Communicate progress reports to the core project team and other internal stakeholders.

  • Coordinate shipment of samples to/from suppliers.

  • Receive, organize and maintain sample library.

SUMMARY OR REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience in product development/coordination preferred

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with Oracle Agile PLM software preferred

  • Able to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders

** This is a CONTRACT position

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.

This contract position has a base pay range of $30 - $35 per hour and is eligible for benefits through the employing agency. Agency benefits may include medical, dental and vision, 401(k), basic/supplemental life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, health and dependent care spending accounts, transportation benefits, employee assistance program, paid sick leave, and up to 6 paid holidays per year.
