Tasks

  • Processing orders from Third Party Publishers: 
  • Proceeding and coordinating orders of publisher products
  • Setting up new products in SAP, checking payments and issue purchase orders in SAP to NCL, based on publisher orders
  • Handling publisher order related issues and inner-company related matter 
  • Processing and coordinatng releases of publisher products in Nintendo eShop in NCMS
  • Handling publisher order related issues and inner-company related matter 
  • Handling special projects related to retail and digital at retail Third Party projects

Requirements

  • Commercial education or degree
  • several years of practice in the area of order administration and processing, and material creation and maintenance on SAP
  • fluent in English
  • excellent communication skills
  • MS Office package
  • Positive customer orientation, strong capability for accurate working
  • Ability to work independently for assigned responsibilities
  • High attention to detail, taking ownership of own tasks
