 Tasks
- Handling chargebacks, refunds, internal
tickets for B2C eCommerce shops
- Coordinating and communicating with
internal and external stakeholders on B2C eCommerce related topics
- Monitoring fraud trends and applying
appropriate countermeasures across different B2C eCommerce stores
- Supporting and adopting new developments in
the area of eCommerce
- Initiating automation and optimisation for
Payment & Fraud related processes
- Reconciling sales & payment data
- Preparing and executing bookings during
month-end closing
- Creating reports, analysis and statistics
- Providing support on various B2C eCommerce
topics
- Support in Payment & Fraud and
eCommerce related projects
 Requirements
- Solid
commercial or financial background
- Several
years of experience in eCommerce and/or Finance
- Good
knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong MS
Office skills (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent
communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in
a team
- Very good
spoken and written English
- Hands-on
mentality and pro-active working style
- Strong
analytical skills and ability to understand broader business context
- Solid
reporting skills
