DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Lead support to Advertising Managers to drive the development and execution for NOA’s annual, quarterly, and launch-related advertising campaign tactics within digital (video, display, mobile) awareness channels; Responsible for multiple campaigns sometimes launching or executing concurrently

  • Takes point on high-impact custom digital media partnership programs driving legal contract needs, collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams to amplify the program effectiveness, and ensuring advertising best-practices are employed

  • Partners with Manager and media team in leading the development of campaign creative strategy and recommendations for seasonal, quarterly and launch-related advertising campaigns across digital channels.

  • Reviews weekly media dashboards to ensure campaigns are optimized in real-time; takes learnings from past campaigns and applies them to current and future campaigns

  • Actively participates in various cross-functional meetings as the advertising team representative, occasionally leading committees, or sub committees

  • Supports the Manager, Advertising in the advertising creative process, including creative brief, concept development, creative review and internal approval processes.

  • Manages production of creative, including budgets and timelines.

  • Partners with the digital media team and provides input on agency media planning and buying for campaigns, including partnerships, custom programs and data/retargeting initiatives.

  • Acts as day-to-day liaison between advertising and other Nintendo of America departments, including online marketing, content lab, retail marketing, strategic communications, web services, business analysis and planning, legal, design, licensing, and product development groups

  • Ensures the quality of deliverables conforms to Nintendo of America (NOA) standards (legal/ESRB compliance, marketing strategy, etc.).

  • Meets with key media partners and vendors periodically to stay updated on latest technologies and tools

  • Responsible for budget tracking and coordination with finance and procurement on purchase orders and billing

  • Prepares presentations summarizing campaign strategy, creative, key performance metrics and actionable findings as needed

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

  • Five or more years of relevant Marketing experience

  • Experience with programmatic display, paid social, and video advertising.

  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Advertising agency experience with an account management role preferred

  • Experience developing advertising campaigns, managing advertising creative production and managing advertising agencies, national media promotions and events

  • Strong presentation skills and ability to organize thoughts and share a clear and concise point of view

  • Ability to establish and manage budgets

  • Some media planning experience

  • A passion for everything digital, with an active interest and understanding of online advertising industry trends

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field, or equivalent

This position is onsite in Redmond, WA, and not open to remote status at this time.

This position includes a base salary range of $85,448 - $128,172 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
