 Tasks
- Being responsible for designing online features and ensuring the timely, accurate, and costâeffective delivery of those features
- Creating tickets while ensuring you have a solid understanding of the usersâ goals and the business value behind them
- Creating user stories and translating them into requirements that are not limited to specific sites, technologies, or teams
- Carrying out impact, scope, and technical dependency analyses for user stories, consulting IT Leads and the engineering team to identify any crossâjourney or crossâplatform dependencies (internal or external)
- Collating all supporting artefacts for epics/stories, such as UX designs, prototypes, images, icons, and translations
- Defining the acceptance criteria for tickets and the âDefinition of Doneâ that must be met by the development teams
- Conducting user acceptance testing and acting as the âcustomerâ expert to ensure new features function as intended and meet customer expectations
- Identifying opportunities for innovation and automation
 Requirements
- Degree in marketing or a related field
- Ideally, experience in UX design and Agile development methodologies
- Strong understanding of web development principles and digital technologies
- Practical experience improving digital stores, online shops, or marketplace environments
- Inâdepth knowledge of Nintendo products, customer profiles, and industry trends
- High data affinity with the ability to translate data into meaningful, actionable insights
- Fluent written and spoken English skills
- Excellent organizational and planning capabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships and influence stakeholders effectively
