DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

We are seeking a UX Design intern who is available during the summer of 2024 to join our UX team. We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of user interface design principles who can make meaningful contributions to projects to improve the user experience for a suite of developer-facing and internal applications.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

  • Rising senior pursuing a BA or MA in UX Design, HCI, or a related field

  • Proficiency in UX-related software (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

  • Basic design skills (wireframes, mock-ups, basic interactive prototypes)

  • Understanding of UX fundamentals

  • Understanding of project requirements, use-cases, and goals

  • Familiarity with requirements gathering, user interviews, and capturing actionable data from competitive analysis or UX research

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

This position is onsite in Redmond, WA, and not open to remote status at this time.

This contract position has a base pay range of $40 per hour and is eligible for benefits through the employing agency.
