Tasks
- Supporting organization and execution of events, partially onsite, and promotion activities
- Supporting design, purchase and production process for e.g. give aways, event materials
- Supporting administrative work, reportings, Powerpoint presentations, invoice control
- Handling smaller event requests
- Preparing consoles and equipment for different events and promotions
- Supporting of general marketing and administrative activities
Requirements
- The internship has to be mandatory for your current studies (proof from the university is required)
- The minimum length of the mandatory internship should be 4-6 months
- Currently enrolled in a degree of marketing, communication, event management, general project management
- High hands-on mentality and able to work under pressure
- Careful and detailed approach to accomplish projects
- Good MS Office skills
- Native level German and good English skills
- Affinity to Nintendo videogames
- Team player and strong in communication with others
