Our Business Affairs Department currently has a vacancy for a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join their team on a 9-month, fixed-term parental leave cover contract.
Reporting into the Human Resources & Business Affairs Manager, this role is responsible for providing support in the day-to-day activities of the HR department’s functions.

Key requirements for the role include (but are not limited to):
End-to-end recruitment.
Various reporting duties including preparing payroll reports, the Organisation Chart, Awards coverage, and employment data reporting.
Supporting the bi-annual performance review process.
Supporting the on-boarding and off-boarding process via ELMO, including monitoring and updating the ELMO HR system and running reports as required.
Various training duties including providing advice and assistance to management and employees on training requirements and updating the Training Register on a regular basis.
Various off-boarding duties such as conducting exit interviews, actioning termination checklists, and issuing of required documentation.
Coordinating the Work Experience and Internship programs.
Various policy revision duties, including assisting with the review of HR policies and procedures.
To succeed in the role, you will require:
Tertiary qualifications in HR and / or relevant HR experience.
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a HR Coordinator role or similar.
Knowledge of Modern Awards.
Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and proven communication skills.
Respect for confidentiality and discreetness in a HR role.
Flexible and motivated approach to a busy, hands-on role.
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
