DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Developer Relations Coordinator -Supports third party developers and Publishers to navigate Nintendo Submission processes
Acts as a technical liaison between Nintendo and developers for low to mid priority software titles, and ensures those projects are completed successfully and on schedule
Identifies and escalates roadblocks for priority projects and software titles
Manages and supports cross platform developer programs by working with internal engineering support and third-party Publishing teams
Provides support for developers on forums and generates reports for special internal projects
Triages, classifies, and drives developer support issues to resolution
Actively leads projects pertaining to process improvement for developers
Performs outreach with small development teams as well as educational institutions
Ensures that developers receive access to Nintendo technical documentation through Nintendo developer portal
Attends industry trade shows as needed
Other duties as assigned
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in Nintendo third party developer processes and game sumbissions. Guideline understanding OMAS, NDP, and special project management
Two to Four years related experience
Intermediate level PC skills (MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong video game industry knowledge preferred
Exemplary customer service, follow-up skills
Knowledge of game development process
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
This position is onsite in Redmond, WA, and not open to remote status at this time.
This contract position has a base pay range of $25.50 - $38.10 per hour and is eligible for benefits through the employing agency.
