NEW LEVEL RECRUITING is looking for a Senior/Lead Technical Recruiter to join our talented and growing team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will work on an array of specialized roles across game, web, and mobile development. You will partner with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver world-class candidate and client experiences.

About New Level:

NLR is a boutique search firm that specializes in executive placements in the esports, gaming, and tech industries. Our leadership team is composed of former internal recruiters who have worked at Riot Games, Blizzard, Twitch, and PUBG. We leverage our internal recruiting experience to partner directly with hiring managers in order to find the best talent. We pride ourselves on finding candidates that have the right hard skills for the role and are aligned with the company from both a culture and values perspective.

Responsibilities:

  • Integrate with clients to understand cultural and technical competencies
  • Build and manage a diverse and inclusive interview pipeline
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple complex searches
  • Source and qualify prospective candidates
  • Guide candidates through the interview process
  • Partner with clients to drive the offer process and close candidates

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of technical recruitment experience, ideally with an internal recruiting team
  • Technical acumen across multiple software development disciplines
  • Experience building robust and diverse candidate pipelines
  • Proficiency in a variety of sourcing methods and tools
  • Deep experience with stakeholder management
  • Ability to understand and navigate complex compensation packages
  • Intimate knowledge of the games industry including publishers, titles, and events
