As a Technical Recruiter, you will work on an array of specialized roles across game, web, and mobile development. You will partner with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver world-class candidate and client experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Integrate with clients to understand cultural and technical competencies
- Build and manage a diverse and inclusive interview pipeline
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple complex searches
- Source and qualify prospective candidates
- Guide candidates through the interview process
- Partner with clients to drive the offer process and close candidates
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience, ideally with an internal recruiting team
- Technical acumen across multiple software development disciplines
- Experience building robust and diverse candidate pipelines
- Proficiency in a variety of sourcing methods and tools
- Deep experience with stakeholder management
- Ability to understand and navigate complex compensation packages
- Intimate knowledge of the games industry including publishers, titles, and events
