We are looking for a Global Shared Teams Leader to help us build and sustain high-performing, healthy teams across multiple locations and time zones. In this highly visible leadership role, you will be accountable for the effectiveness, sustainability, and delivery outcomes of shared teams operating through geographic, product needs, and organisational structures.
This role exists to ensure that distributed team models deliver effectively without eroding team health, clarity of ownership, or long-term talent retention. You will work closely with delivery leaders, local people leaders, franchise operations, and senior stakeholders to establish clear operating models, set expectations, and actively manage the additional complexity of cross product and team collaboration.
