About the Role

Weโ€™re looking for a highly organized, self-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate our influencer marketing initiatives and paid media campaigns. This position requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, influencer strategy, and project execution.

This is a contract position to start, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. Youโ€™ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure our brand message reaches and resonates with the right audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing

  • Work with talent manager to Identify, vet, and manage relationships with influencers across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from outreach to contract negotiation, creative briefing, scheduling, and reporting.

  • Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on ROI, engagement, and content performance.

Paid Media Management

  • Work with Head of Growth to facilitate communication with client and team for paid media campaigns across Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad content that aligns with campaign goals and brand guidelines.

  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and actionable insights.

Project Management

  • Serve as the central point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and assets.

  • Create timelines, manage deliverables, and coordinate with internal and external teams.

  • Implement project management tools to streamline campaign workflows and reporting.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, paid media, or digital marketing project management.

  • Proven track record of running successful influencer campaigns and media buys.

  • Proficient in ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.) and influencer tools (Aspire, CreatorIQ, or similar).

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; able to derive insights from data.

  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
