Meta is seeking a strong Client Solutions Manager to develop lasting partnerships with some of our largest partners in the Mobile Gaming industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about gaming and have proven understanding of both digital performance and mobile media with experience in brand metrics a plus. This role is responsible for partnering with the sales team to develop industry-specific marketing relationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers.

The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key client relationships, be a platform and product expert, and become an expert in media planning, strategy and measurement to our advertisers.

The Client Solutions Manager will establish and strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education and advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. This position is based at Meta São Paulo.

Client Solutions Manager, Gaming - LATAM Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic marketing conversations within the industry to define objectives and provide recommendations
  • Provide proactive Direct Response optimization suggestions to clients
  • Find, build and scale dashboards for the team Organize multi-client webinars on different mobile gaming topics
  • Plan and execute training sessions for client teams
  • Find, build and share templatized performance reports ahead of QBR / performance analyses
  • Manage day-to-day activities such as following-up on CRM notifications, solving operational issues across the CSM spectrum

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of sales/advertising experience
  • Experience media buying or media planning required
  • Experience working in the mobile industry, working within Mobile Gaming a plus
  • Ability to structure, negotiate, and maintain significant and complex strategic relationships (familiarity with advertising terms & conditions preferable)
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written & verbal) at all levels of an organization
  • High level of comfort presenting key client issues in an effort to be the customer advocate within Meta
  • Identify and leverage trends within industry of expertise/focus
  • Able to analyze and manipulate large data sets to understand patterns and surface actionable insights
  • Attention to detail an ability to prioritize and work to deadlines is critical
