We are building a PC-only, solo-first 3rd-person Action PvE game in Unreal Engine focused on combat encounters + boss fights and high polish.
We use purchased assets (Fab/Quixel/KitBash/mocap packs) as a base, then EDIT/IMPROVE/UNIFY them into a cohesive, original-feeling game (not an asset dump).
ROLE: Producer / Project Manager
You will own:
- Sprint planning, task tracking, priorities, and daily team coordination
- Milestones, schedules, and keeping the team unblocked
- Outsource coordination (briefs, deliveries, revisions, asset tracking)
- Playtest cadence + bug triage + build/release checklists
- Basic documentation and keeping requirements clear for each discipline
