The Brand Partnerships Team is seeking a creative, results-driven and collaborative individual who will assist in creating best-in-class partnerships for our roster of talent. The primary focus of this role will be to communicate necessary information between external and internal teams to help increase efficiency of partnerships and communication while also managing direct relationship with brands assigned by the Head of Brand Partnerships.

The position will report to the Head of Brand Partnerships.

PURPOSE: Why this role exists

  • To facilitate brand partnerships for MANA’s roster of content creators

  • Work with Campaign Management (CM) team to streamline communication of brand materials for creators

  • Updating internal information so that company-wide, teams can email externally with confidence

  • Better serve our brand partners to make their experience working with our creators a more fruitful one

ACCOUNTABILITIES: The primary responsibilities of this role

  • Working alongside Head of Brand Partnerships (HOBP) to keep brands updated on creator progress for active campaigns

  • Making sure CMs are provided with the most up-to-date materials for their creator’s sponsorship integrations

  • In addition to the HOBP, keeping brand contact and invoicing information up to date to prevent potential issues on creator payment

  • Attend syncs throughout the week, confirming any content schedule updates with teams

  • Catalog talking points into the internal file system as well as put them into internal documentation, detail sheets, for more direct CM access

  • Learn about the content for our creators, especially exclusive, so you can better understand how their content aligns with the brands they partner with

  • Work with brands and agency partners to source creators for campaigns and provide rationales

  • Work with HOBP on quarterly reports to share and discuss internally

  • Creating quarterly or by-campaign wrap reports using data received from brand partners

SUCCESS METRICS: How we measure effectiveness in this role

  • No creators require shifts based on the lack of time with brand materials

  • Increase in the number of integrations run in a given month

  • Increase upload schedule or aid in facilitating a more evenly dispersed sponsorship schedule in a given month on the macro level and brand level

  • Aid in increasing the number of partnerships with individual brands per monthly basis
