Special Events Manager, Experiential Marketing Group (EXP)

The Special Events Manager is responsible for supporting, planning, and executing live and virtual events spanning community, creator, and brand. We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to support Logitech G’s Experiential Marketing team in the execution of global, high-impact events. You will own all aspects of the event process spanning event planning and execution, partner/vendor management, travel, logistics, and budget management. This role requires a candidate with strong project management skills, the ability to problem solve, and most importantly - a passion for creating memorable experiences.

In this role you will:

  • Plan and execute live & virtual events, including community, creator, and brand activations.

  • Coordinate with EXP Operations & Studio teams to ensure flawless event execution.

  • Manage event deliverables and timelines, overseeing all aspects of event logistics.

  • Manage individual event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective execution.

  • Source & manage relationships with event vendors; talent agencies, production teams, etc.

  • Work with partner marketing teams to ensure events support partner goals and comarketing initiatives.

  • Work closely with cross-functional Marketing teams to align event goals with business objectives.

  • Coordinate guest travel and on-site activities to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.

  • Lead live event setup, manage logistics, troubleshoot issues, and oversee event staff.

  • Gather feedback, measure success metrics, and provide reports with recommendations for future events.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in gaming, esports, or entertainment.

  • Deep understanding of the gaming and esports industry.

  • Experience managing global live and virtual events, tournaments, and brand activations.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Budget management experience, including tracking expenses and managing costs.

  • Vendor & partner management experience, including working with event vendors, agencies, and partners.

  • Familiarity with livestreaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube), event production, and broadcast technology.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to align events with broader marketing and brand objectives.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and global travel as needed.

Education:

  • 4 Year College Degree, BA or BS from accredited university/college or equivalent experience.
