The Role:
 Mobile & Audio Solutions (MAS) are one of Logitech's fastest-growing categories, consisting of a portfolio of personal workspace devices (Speakers, Headsets, Tablet Accessories, Presenters) for B2B.Â
As Sr Global Go To Market Manager, you will lead the commercial strategy, forecasting, and market execution for MAS portfolio. Your primary focus will be sizing the enterprise market, defining robust Go-To-Market strategies for each product, and partnering with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful market launches and sustained growth. You will act as the commercial voice of the B2B customer, advocating for enterprise requirements to be included in the product roadmap. This position is suitable for highly analytical, commercially minded individuals who are passionate about B2B strategy, channel dynamics, and driving tangible business growth.
The position is based in Hong Kong. You’ll work with a team of marketing and business, product managers, and regional sales teams in Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the US while collaborating with our globally dispersed Logitech teams.

Define and Execute GTM: Lead the end-to-end Go-To-Market strategy for the MAS portfolio (Speakers, Headsets, Tablet keyboards, Presenters) in the B2B space
Market Sizing & Commercial Planning: Conduct rigorous market sizing and commercial analysis to define the strategic direction, target audience, and positioning for each MAS product category.
Drive Forecasting Alignment: Lead global forecasting efforts and collaborate tightly with regional teams to align on subsequent Gate forecasting and regional launch readiness.
Cross-Functional Product Advocacy: Work closely with the Product Management teams to ensure that the POV of the B2B enterprise customer is heard, understood, and defined in the actual product features and roadmap.
Customer & Channel Engagement: Participate in enterprise customer meetings to understand buyer pain points, and present at industry and channel events to pitch the ‘Logitech for Business’ MAS solutions.
Market Intelligence: Develop best-in-class intelligence in all aspects, from enterprise procurement behaviors to deep competitive landscape analysis.
Effectively prioritize and deliver multiple complex, high-stakes commercial projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviours to our team:
8+ years of demonstrable experience in Go-To-Market, Product Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or commercial Product Management roles.
Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in market sizing, business case development, and global sales forecasting.
Thorough understanding of B2B channel dynamics, enterprise procurement life cycles, and commercial go-to-market mechanics.
Exceptional communication (oral & written) skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate complex commercial strategies to cross-functional stakeholders.
Master of Influence: Capability to influence product decisions and drive alignment within a highly matrixed organization without formal authority.
Experience engaging with global customers and developing commercial strategies for multiple regions/cultures.
Ability to take calculated risks and stand behind your choices with sound business acumen.
Active learner with a desire to understand all the commercial forces at play.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and guide other team members through it.
The best candidate will be curious, insightful, and highly commercial, with a strong entrepreneurial and growth mindset.
Required: Experience in developing and launching B2B technology products or hardware.
Preferred: Direct experience with Mobile Accessories and Audio (headsets, speakers, tablet keyboards).
