Marketing Specialist / Manager (experience 3~5 years)

The Role

This role will support the Logitech Personal Work Solutions (PWS) business in Korea by acting as a bridge between global brand strategy and local creative execution.

We are looking for a marketing-driven hybrid talent with strong creative execution capabilities, who can plan and deliver impactful campaigns while effectively working with and guiding creative assets.

While a design background is a plus, core marketing capability is essential — including campaign planning, content strategy, and execution across digital and retail channels.

In this role, you will adapt global narratives for the Korean market, manage digital and social content, and support retail activation. Your ability to combine marketing strategy with strong creative judgment will be key to ensuring speed, consistency, and high-quality brand storytelling.

We're Looking For

Marketing Capability (Must Have)
Proven hands-on experience in campaign planning, digital marketing, social media execution, or retail activation.
Ability to drive end-to-end marketing execution — from strategy and planning through to delivery and optimization.

Creative Sensibility (Must Have)
A strong eye for aesthetics, composition, and current design trends within consumer tech or lifestyle categories.
Ability to guide, brief, and evaluate creative output with a clear and confident point of view.

Portfolio (Required)
A portfolio demonstrating visual judgment, content direction, and creative execution is required.
(This applies to all candidates, regardless of design background.)

Design Background (Plus)
A degree in Design (Graphic, Visual Communication, Multimedia) or experience in a design-related role is considered a strong plus, but not mandatory.

자격 요건 (We're Looking For)

마케팅 역량 (필수)

캠페인 기획, 디지털 마케팅, 소셜 콘텐츠 운영, 또는 리테일 실행에 대한 실무 경험 보유
전략 수립부터 실행 및 성과 개선까지 end-to-end로 마케팅을 주도할 수 있는 역량

크리에이티브 감각 (필수)

소비자 테크 또는 라이프스타일 카테고리에서의 디자인 트렌드에 대한 높은 이해도
미적 감각, 구성력, 그리고 크리에이티브 결과물을 명확한 기준으로 디렉션 및 평가할 수 있는 역량

포트폴리오 (필수)

비주얼 판단력, 콘텐츠 방향성, 크리에이티브 실행 경험을 보여줄 수 있는 포트폴리오 제출 필수
(디자인 전공 여부와 관계없이 모든 지원자에게 적용)

디자인 백그라운드 (우대)

그래픽 디자인, 시각 커뮤니케이션, 멀티미디어 등 관련 전공 또는 디자인 직무 경험 보유자 우대
