Competition Coordinator - Esports Services (Beyond)

The Esports Services group at Logitech organizes, produces, and broadcasts live online esports events on behalf of internal Logitech brands as well as external clients. The group operates under two brands: Beyond Entertainment which represents the tournament operations, production, and broadcast component which is based in Las Vegas; and Challonge which is a global esports tournament management platform based in Indianapolis.

The Role:

As a Competitive Operations Coordinator at Logitech Esports services, you will play an essential role on the team delivering best-in-class event operations. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a passion for administering online esports events and competitions. The ideal candidates have well-rounded skill sets, with experience in competitive event operations across multiple game genres.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will:

• Support and administer online competitions and events.
• Collaborate closely with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution of event operations.
• Effectively handle player dispute resolution during online events and competitions.
• Handle player communications and management in a fast-paced environment.
• Gather feedback from players and competitors to provide a best-in-class event experience.
• Write player communications copy and manage rule set creation.

Requirements:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (experience in the esports/gaming industry is preferred).
• Passion for esports with a deep understanding of the esports operations landscape.
• Proven experience in online event operations across multiple game titles.
• Must be highly detail-oriented, organized, & capable of multitasking and iterating on multiple projects at once.
• Need to be comfortable traveling if/when required.
• Ability to work nights and weekends if/when required.
• Well-versed with messaging platforms such as Discord.
• Strong preference for candidates who can work out of our Las Vegas office.

Education:

• 2 Year College Degree, BA or BS from accredited university/college or equivalent experience.
