As a remote Marketing Manager, you will oversee the marketing activities for Electric Square's studios in Brighton, Singapore, Malta, and our Leamington Spa-based studio, Lively. Marketing Manager for Electric Square & Lively -
Your primary responsibility is to develop, implement, and track individual marketing plans for the studio. You will work closely with the operations team, handling various marketing-focused tasks. This exciting role offers variety and involvement in the following areas:
Support the business in developing and executing marketing plans, actively promoting, and engaging in PR and marketing activities for the studio. You will be the key point of contact for all marketing-related activities at Electric Square.
Manage the company website, including content creation and copy, monitoring web analytics, external content coordination (e.g. videos and banners) and general information updates.
Assist in producing client materials and case studies for business development and client pitches. You will collaborate with project leads regards project updates and game releases.
Support brand management for the studio, both internally and externally. This includes industry events, company showreels, promotional material, case studies, company newsletters (studio and group), and industry award submissions.
Oversee all aspects of Electric Square's social media platforms, including community management across the studio. You will be the primary point of contact for engaging with the gaming community, offering customer support, and acting as an Electric Square ambassador.
Track marketing results to evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
Play an active role in organising, initiating, and implementing Electric Square’s EDI initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the Core Services and Senior Management teams to implement marketing plans that align with the overall business objectives of each area.
Ensure all areas within the business receive the necessary marketing support and actively support projects within the studio.
Requirements
Self-starter with excellent prioritisation and project management abilities. You must be capable of managing your workload independently in this standalone role and adapt to a varied workload.
Exhibit a flexible and proactive attitude, solving problems with your own initiative.
Creative flare and fresh ideas to support Electric Square in standing out as an industry leader in various fields.
Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
Content creation and video editing skills.
Experience in developing marketing plans and assessing their commercial viability.
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring timely execution of all planned activities.
Proficient in website performance and optimisation, with a strong understanding of effective social media marketing.
Passion and understanding towards Diversity, Inclusion and Equity practices.
A relevant marketing qualification and a minimum of 3+ years of varied marketing experience are desirable.
Passion for working in a creative tech business and a genuine love for gaming!
