  • Direct co-marketing programs with key retail partners in Netherlands and Belgium to drive sell and increase Lenovoโ€™s (premium) market share
  • Work with agency and EMEA trade marketing team to develop merchandising strategies within retail environment.
  • Manage the strategic planning, timeline, and execution of all co-marketing and co-advertising activities.
  • Plan and execute in collaboration with Account Manager and Product Marketing teams.
  • Determine the primary metrics for measuring analysis, program, and tactic success.
  • Provide marketing data and ROI analysis of all programs, and form recommendations for utilization
  • Develop and manage the quarterly retail-marketing budget according to alliance compliancy rules and handle all alliance claims.
  • Manage relationships with media owners and strategic marketing and alliance partners like Intel and Microsoft
  • Work closely with EMEA media agency, web direct teams en EMEA brand- ,trademarketing- and product marketing teams and support with country specific insights and help localize marketing assets (e.g. Brand campaigns, PoS, product marketing assets, SEA assets)
  • Develop strong, sharable social media campaigns that drive engagement and built and maintain a strong social media strategy (Facebook and Instagram) and work closely with the North PR Manager to leverage opportunities through multiple touch points.
  • Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive retail marketing strategy including knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices
  • Built strategic marketing plan and calendar that bring together business and marketing objectives and create measurable results
  • Understand the competitive landscape and be able to develop appropriate responses and actions.

Position Requirements:

  • BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Online Marketing and/or Retail Marketing at retail or vendor side
  • Strong branding knowledge and Social media savvy.
  • Working knowledge of consumer technology is preferred.
  • Budget management experience a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts/tasks, along with the ability to prioritize and produce a high volume of work in a timely manner, which is accurate, complete, and of high quality.
  • Project coordination skills are required, as well as a realistic working understanding of management by objectives.
  • Manage and analyse program metrics, analyse budgets, and create budgets.
  • This individual must have excellent writing skills with knowledge of basic business spelling, grammar, and composition.
  • Must be a creative individual who is well organized with strong communication skills.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain honest and effective working relationships with individuals from all backgrounds, including retail store employees, brand teams and staff and purchasing teams
  • Willingness to shuttle between Amsterdam and Brussels on a weekly basis
