Role Overview:

Lakshya Digital, a Keywords Studio, is looking for an imaginative and trend-savvy Graphic Designer/Senior Graphic Designer with a knack for big ideas and bold execution. This role is perfect for someone deeply immersed in pop culture, highly aware of current digital trends, and experienced in crafting attention-grabbing social media campaigns that drive engagement. You’ll be a key player in conceptualizing and producing standout visuals that define our brand’s voice and connect with diverse audiences across platforms.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience building and launching social media campaigns that tell a story

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

  • Strong understanding of motion graphics and video editing for reels and shorts

  • Solid grasp of current social media best practices, digital design, and content optimization

  • Excellent communication skills, with a talent for pitching and presenting creative concepts

  • Knowledge of layouts, typography, visual hierarchy, and branding across print and digital

  • Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and online communities

Experience:

  • 3+ years in graphic design, digital marketing, or advertising with a strong creative focus

  • A robust portfolio showcasing a range of vibrant, engaging work—especially for social media

  • Bachelor's degree in design, media, or a creative arts-related field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design creative assets for digital, print, and social media platforms

  • Lead idea generation for social campaigns, reels, and digital experiences

  • Ensure designs meet brand standards while pushing creative boundaries

  • Stay plugged into social media trends, meme culture, and emerging formats

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and production teams to bring ideas to life

  • Provide creative direction and visual consistency across projects

  • Continuously QA content and improve based on analytics and feedback
