Our games are adored by hundreds of millions of people, and you’ll be helping build them. As well as contribute to the engines, systems and platforms that make them play brilliantly on any platform.

Your role within the Kingdom

If you want to create amazing user experiences and entertainment for millions of players to enjoy on the go then this is the right job for you. As a part of the Candy Crush Soda Saga team, you will own the QA craft and guide the team to ensure our game is brilliant to play and has crushing (pun intended) quality. We are looking for an experienced QA leader with a passion for levelling up teams and a track record of releasing live titles with flawless quality.

Your responsibilities will include:

Lead and manage a team of QA specialists, fostering career growth and development, strong craft culture and building expertise
Resource planning and management to provide optimal QA coverage given our operational needs across the game
Coordinating the release process, taking accountability for the success of recurring game updates
Ensuring live operations are carried out in a timely and efficient manner
Partner with technical leads across the game organization to align on quality expectations
Constantly deep dive in team’s activity, relentlessly looking to improve Ways of Working

Skills to create thrills

Broad experience in leading high performing QA teams
Deep knowledge in recruiting, hiring and managing teams of QA Specialists
Experience in mentoring/coaching team members to improve their skills, and make them more effective.
Deep expertise of QA practices within the games industry
Complete understanding of the full development cycle, including test strategy definition, planning, acceptance criteria and test execution
Proficient English written and verbal skills

Bonus points

Experience in mobile game development
Track record of recurring releases of live titles
Experience preparing quality metrics and effectively engaging with stakeholders to set and drive quality goals
