We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director of First-Party Data Strategy to join our Central Insights team in Barcelona. This role will be responsible for leading the development, execution, and evolution of our company's first-party data strategy, ensuring it aligns with our overall business objectives. The ideal candidate is an expert in first party data, data strategy, analytics, and privacy, with a proven track record of successfully driving data initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive first-party data strategy and roadmap that supports the company's long-term goals and objectives.
Identify and assess data opportunities across the organization, including new data sources, technologies, and partnerships, to enhance our games and player experiences.
Develop actionable recommendations for data-driven strategic initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation and change management process.
Support the building of strong data privacy and governance best practices, ensuring we’re industry leaders with regards with regulations and internal policies.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including product, marketing, and technology teams, to align data strategy with overall company goals and objectives.
Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of data-driven initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and future growth.
Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data strategy, analytics, and privacy, to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the gaming industry.
Requirements:
Strong experience in management consulting, strategy, program management, product management, or other cross-functional leadership roles in the gaming industry
Experience working with machine learning / predictive modeling
Excellent skills in financial modeling, advanced data analytics, and business case development
Demonstrated ability to forge cross-functional partnerships, influence teams without formal authority, and lead through change.
Outstanding written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrable ability to work in a dynamic environment with high ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.
Proven track record of operating effectively in cross-functional settings, working with stakeholders from a broad range of backgrounds and at all levels of the organization.
Hands-on experience working in the mobile advertising business (supply or demand side) is a strong plus.
Previous work experience in or exposure to one or more of the following sectors: mobile gaming, consumer mobile, consumer internet, marketing
