The People Services Specialist plays a key role in delivering support across the full lifecycle - from candidate experience during the recruitment process through to employee support across the entire employment journey. Acting as Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, this role combines HR operations and recruitment coordination to provide consistent, high-quality service for employees, managers, and candidates.
As a People Services Specialist, youโll manage lifecycle administration, advise on HR policies and practices, coordinate recruitment processes, and ensure a positive experience at every stage. Youโll partner closely with Talent Acquisition, People Technology, HR Business Partners, and Centres of
Expertise (CoEs) to deliver seamless processes, accurate data, and strong compliance. This position is available on a 7 month fixed term contract (FTC).
