We are seeking a Data Analyst, who wants to make an impact and has a natural passion for problem solving and analytics. This role is in our Growth Analytics Team and will be perfect for someone who has a good mix of analytical and technical skills as well as business/commercial knowledge. As a Data Analyst in Growth Analytics, you will play a crucial role in analysing and interpreting growth data to drive user acquisition, engagement, and monetisation strategies.

Your role within our Kingdom

Working within Performance Marketing you will help drive our growth efforts ensuring we maximise return on investment (ROI) by creating a holistic 360 view of performance through regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis. To do this you will collaborate closely with data scientists, data engineers and media buyers to understand the business problems and challenges we face and understand the data sources we have available to best answer those challenges.

Specifically you will:

  • Be a point of contact for data analytics and insight for all things growth related

  • Develop, own and maintain a suite of reports, dashboards, and visualisations to monitor and communicate growth performance, player trends and actionable insights

  • Perform deep-dive analysis to uncover drivers of performance and opportunities for growth

  • Provide analytical support on strategic initiatives and projects

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to come up with innovative solutions to business problems

Skills To Create Thrills

Analytical Mindset

You are data driven, with a curious mindset able to ask the right questions and create a coherent story that is backed up with data and analysis.

Problem solving

You are able to understand high level problems, break them down into smaller component parts and identify the correct data that will allow you to progress.

Data Analytics Tools

You are proficient with Excel, SQL and ideally Python. You love working with large datasets from diverse sources.

Comfortable in growth or business teams

You have experience in a data analytics role, ideally supporting a marketing or growth function.

Communication skills

You understand the importance of clear and concise communication, crafting the results of analysis, reports and visualisations so that they can be understood by technical and non-technical audiences

Tasty Bonus Skills

  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g.Looker, PowerBI etc.)

  • Knowledge of Python or other query languages

  • Understanding of basic statistical concepts and data modelling techniques

  • Experience working with dashboards and creating visually appealing reports
