Your role within Kingdom
We are looking for a driven, agile Finance Operations Specialist with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and eye for detail to join the Finance Operations Team in a fast-growing multinational company. Reporting to the Senior Account Payable Specialist you will:
Be responsible for supporting day-to-day activities and projects across Purchase-to-Pay team
Overseeing and monitoring ABK regional and global
supplier ledgers
Maintenance and reconciliation of supplier accounts
Timely and accurate entry and coding of supplier invoices
Respond to external and internal stakeholder in a clear and consistent manner
Actively seeking resolution for invoice processing bottlenecks or issues to ensure healthy aging
Create, amend and run simple recurring reports, checking and formatting appropriately, to ensure they are suitable for use by finance colleagues or the business
Prepare simple training material based on performed function
Ensure smooth and timely completion of assigned tasks while promoting the Activision Blizzard King culture & values
Skills and experience to create thrills
Working experience in a multinational organization or shared service center, preferably in a Purchase to Pay environment
Basic knowledge of finance or accounting processes either from education or from work experience
MS Office software proficiency (Excel, Word, Power Point) at minimum intermediate level
Previous experience with ERP systems such as Oracle/SAP
Advanced written and spoken level of English
Additional European language like Swedish, Spanish, French, Polish or German is a plus
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to plan and organize own workload in a timely manner according to department needs, following the agreed process and adapt to new tasks as needed
Attention to detail allowing spotting inconsistencies/errors while entering data
Bonus Points
University degree in Finance, Business Management, Business Administration or similar highereducation
Previous experience with Kofax Markview, SupportDesk, OBIEE is an advantage
