Role overview

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will serve as an essential link between our product and clients. Your role is to provide exceptional service, support, and solutions tailored to our clients' needs. You will play a critical part in building and maintaining strong client relationships, increasing loyalty, and contributing to the growth of our product. Additionally, you will proactively reach out to potential clients to understand their requirements and assess the appropriate solutions to offer.


What will be your daily duties? As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will:

  • Reach out to existing and potential clients via Phone and Email.

  • Understand customer’s needs and present solutions to address their challenges.

  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Provide VIP support to clients in a timely and effective manner, becoming a reference in product knowledge.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress using CRM software.

  • Participate in internal meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

  • Continuously seek ways to improve sales techniques and processes.

You'd be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • Minimum 1 year of outbound sales experience

  • Availability to work full-time, and on-site. (Not hybrid)

  • Ability to deeply learn and understand the offered products and services.

  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and attention to detail.

  • Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency with spreadsheet programs such as Excel.

  • Experience using and updating CRMs


  • Inbound sales experience

  • SaaS experience
