German Community Moderators - Keywords Studios (Player Support)

Keywords Community Management is a global team of 100+ community professionals providing expert community and social media services to gaming and entertainment clients.

We are inviting applications for 2 positions to join a dedicated team supporting an iconic gaming company.

You’ll be working across two of our most exciting servers: Town Hall, our biggest community touchpoint with over 400K members, and Discord Admin Community, our most important space for admins.

Responsibilities include:

Moderating the German categories of Town Hall
Moderating the German category of the Discord Admin Community
Supporting the international community manager to ideate ways to engage the community
Supporting the international community manager to execute local engagement strategy including events
Responding to comments & questions in a timely manner
Assisting the community manager by collating & reporting on feedback
Helping foster a safe & welcoming environment; enforcing community guidelines & managing escalations according to procedure
Creating & updating documentation

Requirements

German native speaker
Based in CET timezone
Available from May for 14 hours per week across at least 4-5 days per week
A proactive attitude.
Ability to work effectively and decisively under pressure.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Basic IT literacy, specifically: MS Office suite, Word, Outlook.

This position is to work 14 hours per week as a freelancer from home but for some countries can be based on employment contract. This role would require a CET time zone availability.
