Duties and responsibilities

  • Successful candidates must be fluent in Japanese

  • Good English communication skills, both spoken and written

  • Deliver timely, accurate and respectful answers to customers’ questions and issues

  • Utilize the internal ticketing system to log all requests and activities

  • Take ownership of Player Support incidents and work to successfully resolve them

  • Escalate issues as needed

  • Other duties assigned

Requirements

Skills required

  • College level

  • Excellent written communication

  • Preferably with customer service experience in a BPO setting

  • Ability to quickly learn customer service based tools and techniques

  • Gaming background is a plus

  • Amenable to work on shifting schedule

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
