Duties and responsibilities
Successful candidates must be fluent in Japanese
Good English communication skills, both spoken and written
Deliver timely, accurate and respectful answers to customers’ questions and issues
Utilize the internal ticketing system to log all requests and activities
Take ownership of Player Support incidents and work to successfully resolve them
Escalate issues as needed

Skills required
College level
Excellent written communication
Preferably with customer service experience in a BPO setting
Ability to quickly learn customer service based tools and techniques
Gaming background is a plus
Amenable to work on shifting schedule
