As an HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in Infernozilla by ensuring the recruitment, development, and well-being of our staff.
What you’ll do :
Assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and coordinating new hire orientations.
Create and maintain a smooth onboarding and offboarding process that reflects our company culture.
Build the structure and improve our recruitment funnels
Coordinate training and development of new employees.
Training, counseling, and coaching our staff, fostering their growth and professional development.
Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
Processing company payroll
Conducting performance reviews when necessary.
Developing and communicating clear HR policies, ensuring a shared understanding among all team members.
Generating concise and informative reports that provide actionable insights.
Assist the Operations Manager with reviewing and managing leave requests, ensuring adequate coverage and a balanced workload.
Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
Conducting regular employee check-ups to gather feedback and insights to improve our work environment.
Collaborating on internal surveys to gather valuable data for enhancing our HR practices.
Work with the Operations Manager to maintain a great work culture.
Undertaking essential administrative duties to support our HR operations and hiring processes.
You must have:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent is highly recognized.
Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in human resources or related roles.
Experience in human resources, hiring, or related fields.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
Experience in educating and coaching staff to reach their full potential.
Proven skill in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
Strong commitment to upholding workplace privacy and confidentiality.
Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
Tech-savviness and proficiency in Google applications, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
Experience in the gaming industry, marketing, and using Discord is a plus, but everyone is welcome to apply.
