As an HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in Infernozilla by ensuring the recruitment, development, and well-being of our staff.

What you’ll do :

  • Assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and coordinating new hire orientations.

  • Create and maintain a smooth onboarding and offboarding process that reflects our company culture.

  • Build the structure and improve our recruitment funnels

  • Coordinate training and development of new employees.

  • Training, counseling, and coaching our staff, fostering their growth and professional development.

  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.

  • Processing company payroll

  • Conducting performance reviews when necessary.

  • Developing and communicating clear HR policies, ensuring a shared understanding among all team members.

  • Generating concise and informative reports that provide actionable insights.

  • Assist the Operations Manager with reviewing and managing leave requests, ensuring adequate coverage and a balanced workload.

  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.

  • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.

  • Conducting regular employee check-ups to gather feedback and insights to improve our work environment.

  • Collaborating on internal surveys to gather valuable data for enhancing our HR practices.

  • Work with the Operations Manager to maintain a great work culture.

  • Undertaking essential administrative duties to support our HR operations and hiring processes.

You must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent is highly recognized.

  • Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in human resources or related roles.

  • Experience in human resources, hiring, or related fields.

  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.

  • Experience in educating and coaching staff to reach their full potential.

  • Proven skill in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.

  • Strong commitment to upholding workplace privacy and confidentiality.

  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.

  • Tech-savviness and proficiency in Google applications, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.

Experience in the gaming industry, marketing, and using Discord is a plus, but everyone is welcome to apply.
